The College of Management consists of four departments: Business Management, Tourism Management, Sport and Leisure, Industrial Engineering and Management, and the Graduate School of Business Management. Teachers and administrators in the School of Management divide their work and coordinate with each other in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the academic unit. In the 101st academic year after the reorganization of the college, due to departmental restructuring, the former Institute of Oceanography and the Department of Ocean and Border Management were moved to the College of Social Sciences, the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management was added, and the name of the college was changed from the College of Leisure Management to the College of Management. Many tasks are gradually getting on track, and we are actively positioning ourselves to cultivate the students of the college to become innovative and leading international management talents, and to cultivate a good ethical morality and a correct concept of social responsibility. The goal is to develop students with good ethical and moral values and a proper sense of social responsibility.

In terms of teaching development, the College continues to coordinate with the University's teaching improvement and upgrading programs, encourages the College's teachers to produce unique teaching materials, and publishes textbooks suitable for use by the College's students, taking into account the local customs of Kinmen. In addition, we actively encourage teachers to improve their self-teaching abilities and invite advanced and international scholars who have made outstanding achievements in their academic fields to come and share their teaching and research experiences. For example, we recently invited Prof. Gao Qiang, former president of National Cheng Kung University, to give a lecture at the academy to let our teachers and students have a glimpse of the style of the great masters.

In terms of research development, the College encourages its members to publish their research results in renowned journals or present them at academic conferences in order to expand the academic reputation of the College. We have also established a separate system of awards and subsidies for research, so that teachers who work hard on their research can receive support from the university's resources and actively strive for the establishment of doctoral programs.

In terms of service development, in addition to improving the communication and coordination between departments and institutes to effectively utilize the limited resources, the College also tries to actively bring in resources from outside the University to encourage the implementation of industry-academia collaborations. An industry-academia cooperation center will be set up under the institution's structure to properly utilize the faculty members of the institute to serve local manufacturers and enterprises in Kinmen and those in need.
